In 1993, former Salisbury University student Jason M. Gregg collected folk material. His collection explores the folklore surrounding motorcycling with a primary focus on sport bikers. He interviewed two fellow bikers who used to participate in racing. In addition to expressing their passion for motorcycling, this paper explains the differences between subgroups of motorcyclists and what they think of each other (esoteric-exoteric factors). Videotape enclosed.
